A Venturi vehicle is exhibited on Citroën‘s booth in the Frankfurt Motor Show IAA 2009
As a result of a partnership between Venturi and PSA Peugeot Citroën, a Citroën Berlingo Powered by Venturi is currently exhibited on Citroën‘s booth in the Frankfurt Motor Show IAA 2009.
The Electric Berlingo First is powered by an all-new, ultra compact drivetrain developed by Venturi. All the components – electric motor, reduction gear and batteries – are mounted in the front compartment in the place of the combustion engine.
With this innovative design, the Electric Berlingo First retains all the roominess of the fuel-burning model.
Zebra battery technology (sodium nickel Chloride) is a reliable and safe solution that has now been road tested over 1 million kilometers. Fully recyclable, its power rate ratio is four times that of a lead battery.
